Dawn has purple hair that goes down to her back she wears a purple headband in her hair, brown eyes, with a paleish skin complexion, but not super pale, she has color to her skin. Dawn wears a purple choker with a silver charm thing going down it. She wears a purple frilly dress that goes down to her knees, some of the frills are light purple, and to complete the outfit she wears purple flats.

Personality: Nice, caring, sweet, quiet, shy. Dawn doesn't like to be mean but she can be, she can be harsh too. She likes to be with her sister, Kiharu. She is thoughtful, she cares about people more than herself. Clumsy, trying to become elegant.

Likes: The Tribes, her family, waterbending.

Dislikes: The Fire Nation, no family, firebending.

History:

Dawn was born to Eliana-Mey and Motaru Nishumaru. She was born a year after Kiharu. The family was royal. Dawn was the youngest child. She was always by her sister, Kiharu.

At the age of 4, Dawn was blessed with her water bending. She was happy when she could play, and splash in the water like her older siblings could. That also meant Dawn started to try to become elegant, by her parents wishes. It was hard, and it didn't work she would always be clumsy Dawn.

At the age of 9-10, Dawn mastered water bending, she was a full year or so behind, but she finally mastered it. She was happy she did. Dawn and Kiharu were close sisters, they did everything together, except things they couldn't do together.

At the age of..12 through the age of 14, Dawn had her first vision. She didn't tell anyone she was psychic. She didn't even tell Kiharu! Dawn could tell they weren't exact, sometimes they were right, sometimes they were wrong.

Approved, with the understanding that the visions give her a glimpse of what could happen, but not what will happen. It also can't give aid in a fight.
